retro-slicing your way to a zen meal.

You can get these awesome old slicers
(think braun products from the 80’s from which the ipod is derived)

that slice everything super fine.

You can also make a very nice zennish meal (think veganish temple food)
with minimum effort using a slicer.

you think I kid you.

just in case you’re not impressed,
we’ll end it with black sesame ice cream
made in a coffee grinder.

aha….I’m still going to teach this class but you two will have to come to the south of france. (I moved.)

Don’t worry. the produce is pretty fan-f-tastic here. And I’ve got a french slicer now.
